Book up to 15 minutes before class
Zoom link will be emailed to you up to 1 hour before practice
Recordings available upon request - if you can’t make it live - available for 1 week
Props: - At least 2 blocks, a yoga belt, a bolster (buckwheat filling preferable), a blanket, a yoga chair.
Extra comforts - an eye pillow, sandbags. Don’t have any of these? Don’t worry, we can use cushions, books, blankets, dressing-gown belt, scarf and other household furniture.
