Details:
Once you’ve made payment, that’s you booked in for the full month from the date of purchase until the same date the following month
I’ll email the Zoom link for each class 15 minutes before practice - (or sometimes the night before)
This is not a rolling contract - you are just paying for one month of classes and can choose to pay again for the following month
The pass cannot be used for In-Person classes
Recordings available upon request - if you can’t make it live - available for one week
Props: - At least 2 blocks (preferably large cork blocks), a yoga belt, a bolster (buckwheat filling preferable), a blanket, a yoga chair. Extra comforts - an eye pillow, sandbags. Don’t have any of these? Don’t worry, we can use cushions, books, blankets, dressing-gown belt, scarf and other household furniture
